Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with reliable shipping carriers that provide tracking.

Estimated delivery times by destination and shipping method:

  • Domestic Deliveries (Central Israel: Ashdod to Hadera): 3–7 business days
  • Deliveries to remote areas in Israel: Additional cost and estimated delivery time may apply
  • International Deliveries: 7–21 business days (customs delays may occur)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, delayed, held by customs, or shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
 We recommend using a valid, trackable shipping address and checking your tracking details regularly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving) with photos and order details. Our team will assist with a replacement or refund, including shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

BARBARITA shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, strikes, or interruptions in shipping, internet, or communication services. In such events, BARBARITA may suspend or delay the affected services or deliveries without liability.
