Can I wear my jewelry in the shower, sea, or pool?

We recommend avoiding water exposure. Saltwater, chlorine, and even shower water may damage the luster and quality of the jewelry. To keep your pearls looking their best, remove them before swimming or bathing.

How should I care for pearl jewelry?

Pearls are delicate and require gentle care:

  • Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, and other chemicals.
  • Keep away from extreme heat and humidity.
  • After wearing, gently wipe with the pouch and store separately to prevent scratches.

Do you offer custom designs or resizing?

Yes. We offer custom designs, resizing, and personalized adjustments on selected items.

What is your shipping policy?

We provide express shipping directly to your door. Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • The jewelry must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging and certificates must also be returned.

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Return shipping costs may apply.

 What warranty do you provide?

All jewelry includes a one-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
