Refund policy

You may request a return within 10 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements or are missing proof of purchase may be refused.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
 Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. In addition, sale items, personalized jewelry, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.


Exchanges
 The best way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your eligible item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
